  1. To receive any apologies for absence
  2. To elect a Chairman for the year 2002/2003
  3. Minutes of a Lighting Committee meeting held on 2nd September 2002 - to agree a true record and sign (previously circulated)
  4. Any matters arising from the minutes of 2nd September 2002
  5. To consider the Action Plan, to estimate funding requirements and fix a bid to the Finance Committee for 2003/2004. (Action Plan to follow)
