7 p.m. Planning Committee

Public Session - 10 minutes when the public may express a view or ask a question on relevant matters on the following agenda. Members of the Public are welcome to stay and observe the rest of the meeting.

  1. To receive any apologies for absence
  2. Minutes of the Planning Committee meeting held on 14th March 2005 - to agree a true record and sign (previously circulated)
  1. Any matters arising from the minutes of 14th March 2005

    2. a). BT. Poles in Hillcrest

  2. To reappraise the two applications for the demolition of one half of a semi-detached block at 33 Tyning Road, to review the appeal Inspector's report and consider any further comments to the planning office of B&NES
  3. To review this Committee's comments on the diversion of the footpath at Carlingcott Mill for a possible further comment to the footpath's department of B&NES before the impending Public Inquiry (e-mail enclosed)
  4. Planning Training. B&NES will be holding a further session on 14th April 2005 at 6.45 p.m. in the Keynsham Town Hall - the Assistant Clerk could find this session very useful
  5. To consider and make comments upon new applications as detailed in the Planning Register (enclosed)
  6. To note planning decisions made by B&NES
  7. Any other business, being an exchange of information for noting or placing on a future agenda.
