  1. To consider and make comments upon new applications as detailed in the Planning Register (enclosed)
  2. To note planning decisions made by B&NES
  3. August Recess – The chairman and clerk to comment on applications received during the August recess
  4. Any other business, being an exchange of information for noting or placing on a future agenda.
