  5. To consider and make comments on new applications as detailed in the Planning Register (enclosed)
  6. To note planning decisions made by B&NES
  7. To receive an update concerning the possible takeover of the Westbury Spoil Heap on the by-pass - to note progress so far.

  2. To receive apologies for absence
  3. Any matters arising from the minutes of 18th June 2001

    5. a). Peasedown Athletic Football Club - questions on letting the field and the proposed pitch licence

    b). RoSPA - To note that the annual inspection of the Play Area has been completed and certificate issued. Clerk to report

  5. To consider Capital Projects for the year 2002/2003. Estimates for the work can then be obtained for consideration before eventual inclusion in a possible bid to the Finance Committee
  6. To consider a request from the Environment Committee for a suitable site to place a seat in the Recreation Field. The Committee wish to erect a seat to honour the work of the late Cllr. Fred Sellars, who served the Miner's Welfare for over 40 years and the Parish Council for 25 years.
