  3. To welcome Mr. Ken Williams from B&NES Council. He is responsible for recommending the standards for new lighting and highways when inserted into Section 106 Agreements
  4. Any matters arising from the minutes of 9th October 2000
  5. To consider and make comments on new applications as detailed in the Planning Register (enclosed)
  6. To note planning decisions made by B&NES

  4. To note prices obtained from Record and consider action for repairs to the rockers in the Play Area
  5. To consider a programme of works now entered into a Action Plan for improvements to the Field for inclusion in the 2001/2 (and beyond) estimates (draft Action Plan to follow)
