  4. To receive an Internal Audit and Bank reconciliation as at 31st December 2000 (enclosed). To consider any virements thought prudent by this committee or requested by other committees
  5. To consider the payment of the 1999 Election invoice
  6. To note that the Clerk wishes to continue his membership of the SLCC and would like to attend its Conference in April 2001
  7. To consider comments on the B&NES revised Financial Plan 2001/02 to 2003/04 (Chairman has copy)
  8. To receive a final copy of estimates (enclosed). To fix the amount required for the Democratic Process and to formulate the level of Precept for the year 2001/2002 for recommendation to Council on 29th January 2001.
