  2. Minutes of the Planning Committee meeting held on 9th February 2004 - to agree a true record and sign (previously circulated)

    3. a). The Planning Inspectorate. Appeal decision - fence at 40 Russet Way

    b). Radstock Co-operative Society Ltd. New store signage

  3. To consider and make comments upon new applications as detailed in the Planning Register (enclosed)

  7. Action Plan for Ecewiche Green. Chairman and Clerk to report on a meeting held with Peter Hore, landscape consultant, concerning hedge and grass treatment
