  1. To receive any apologies for absence
  2. Minutes of a meeting of the Amenities Committee held on 6 February 2006 – to agree a true record and sign (previously circulated)
  3. Clerk's Report
  4. Allotments - Discuss whether the council should rent more land for allotments and show the council the proposed plan. The clerk has spoken previously with Mr J Coles regarding this proposal.
  5. The extension to the footpath at the Recreation Field in line with DDA regulations. Only one quote has been received.
  6. The seat to commemorate the life of Mrs Di Whittock will be arriving this month and the Lions are to give a donation towards this - they would like an opening ceremony with the chairman of the Parish Council and themselves in attendance.
  7. The planting of live Christmas trees.
  8. Implementation of capital projects.
  9. Items for inclusion on a future agenda.
