- To receive apologies for absence
- Minutes of a Burial Committee meeting held on 10th November 2003 - to agree a true record and sign (previously circulated)
- Any matters arising from the minutes of 10th November 2003
- To consider the level of charges in the Cemetery (comparative charges from three other authorities enclosed)
- To consider estimates for this Committee and to fix a bid to the Finance Committee for funding for the year 2005/2006 (estimate sheet enclosed)
- Any other business being an exchange of information for noting or placing on future agenda
