  2. Minutes of the Planning Committee held on 27th October 2003 - to agree a true record and sign (previously circulated)
  1. Any matters arising from the minutes of 27th October 2003
  2. To consider and make comments upon new applications as detailed in the Planning Register (enclosed)
  3. To note planning decisions made by B&NES
  4. Any other business, being an exchange of information for noting or placing on a future agenda.

Members of the Public are welcome to stay and observe the rest of the meeting, although the meeting may decide to ask press and public to leave during Item 4, in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, due to the confidential nature of the business.

  2. Minutes of the Personnel Committee meeting held on 19th May 2003 - to agree a true record and sign (previously circulated)
  3. Any matters arising from the minutes of 19th May 2003
  4. To consider estimates to cover staff wages and NIC for the year 2004/2005 and to agree a bid to be put to the Finance Committee for funds to cover
  5. Any other business, being an exchange of information for noting or placing on a future agenda.

a). Village Footpath Signs and Maps. The Clerk has ascertained which B&NES officer is now handling this task and has sent this committee's comments

  1. Correspondence
  2. a). B&NES. Consultation about their relationship with the voluntary and community sector (this correspondence has been passed from the full Council meeting held on 24th November - the report is very lengthy so copy enclosed for this committee only)

    b). Mr. A Hastings. Further letter re. planting on Ecewiche Green

  3. Village Traffic Calming - Chairman to report on the progress of the questionnaire
  4. Action Plan. To consider projects which this committee may wish to put into the Action Plan for 2004/2005 (copy enclosed), to consider revenue for planting and grass cutting (prices for work on Ecewiche Green will be available at the meeting)
  5. To consider a bid to the Finance Committee for funding this committee in the year 2004/2005
  6. Any other business, being an exchange of information for noting or placing on future agenda
