  1. Minutes of the Planning Committee meeting held on 5th January 2004 - to agree a true record and sign (previously circulated)

  3. a). Enforcement at 25 Ashgrove. To note present situation

  5. a). B&NES. Diversion of Footpath BA 19/1 at Carlingcott Mill. The Order has now been made allowing final formal representations to be submitted until 4th March 2004

  6. To consider and make comments upon new applications as detailed in the Planning Register (enclosed)
  7. To note planning decisions made by B&NES
  8. Any other business, being an exchange of information for noting or placing on a future agenda.

  5. Village Traffic Calming - Chairman to report on the results of the questionnaire
  6. Action Plan. To consider a programme of works now that the Plan and funding has been agreed
  7. Action Plan for Ecewiche Green - to list a programme of improvements
