- Minutes of a meeting of the Planning Committee held on 11th June 2001 – to agree a true record and sign (previously circulated)

- To consider and make comments on new applications as detailed in the Planning Register (enclosed)
- To note planning decisions made by B&NES
- To receive an update from the Chairman, Clerk and Cllr. McInnes concerning the possible takeover of the Westbury Spoil Heap on the by-pass - to consider continuing the negotiations. The Environment Committee has endorsed the idea in principle
- To confirm that the Chairman and Clerk have delegated powers to consider planning applications and to make comments upon them, until the next meeting of this committee.

- To elect a Chairman for the year 2001/2002
- Minutes of a meeting of the Burial Committee held on 18th December 2000 – to agree a true record and sign (previously circulated)
- To receive apologies for absence
- Any matters arising from the minutes of 18th December 2000
- To consider a proposal made and agreed in principle at the Council meeting held on 31st May 2001 that £4,000 is vired from the Burial Funds to carry out urgent security work at the Recreation Field. To agree that the re-surfacing plan for the Cemetery Car Park is re-programmed for the year 2002/2003.
- To consider a request from the Environment Committee for a site in the Cemetery where a seat could be placed which that Committee wishes to dedicate to the life and times of Mr. Alec Stock. Mr. Stock was born in this parish and went on to distinguish himself in the field of professional football management.
