Public Session - 10 minutes when the public may express a view or ask a question on relevant matters on the following agenda. Members of the Public are welcome to stay and observe the rest of the meeting.

  1. To receive any apologies for absence
  2. Minutes of the Planning Committee meeting held on 20th January 2003 - to agree a true record and sign (previously circulated)
  3. Any matters arising from the minutes of 20th January 2003
  4. Correspondence

    5. a). Tree Preservation Order, Ashgrove Motors Site. Letter from the B&NES Senior Arboricultural Officer

  5. To consider and make comments upon new applications as detailed in the Planning Register (overleaf)
  6. To receive a report from the Clerk and Cllr. McInnes on the progress of the new Public Open Space adjacent to the bypass
  7. To note planning decisions made by B&NES
  8. Any other business, being an exchange of information for noting or placing on future agenda.
