  2. Minutes of the Planning Committee meeting held on 5th April 2004 - to agree a true record and sign (previously circulated)
  3. To welcome Fiona Hull, Development Officer with Somer Community Housing Trust, who has been invited to give a presentation of Somer's plans for Albert Avenue in relation to this Council's Parish Design Statement.
  4. Any matters arising from the minutes of 5th April 2004 - being an exchange of information only

  6. To welcome Kathy Curling from CSJ Planning Consultants Ltd. and Alistair Gibson of Gibson Associates who will introduce the first detailed planning application for the employment land on the by-pass (now to be called Wellow Vale Business Park)
  7. To consider and make comments upon new applications as detailed in the Planning Register (enclosed)
  8. To note planning decisions made by B&NES
  9. Any other business, being an exchange of information for noting or placing on a future agenda.
