1. To receive any apologies for absence
2. Minutes of the Planning Committee held on 29th April 2002 - to agree a true record and sign (previously circulated)
3. Any matters arising from the minutes of 29th April 2002
4. To consider and make comments upon new applications as detailed in the Planning Register (enclosed)
5. To consider comments requested by B&NES on their Draft Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Guidance. Comments required by 21st June. (Chairman and Cllr. McInnes have copies)
6. To consider comments requested by B&NES on their Planning Services - Best Value Review
7. To consider a planning brief submitted for "Wilwynn", Eckweek Lane. The applicant is asking for this Council's informal comments having regard for the SPG provisions
8. To note planning decisions made by B&NES.

b). To consider seeking approval from B&NES to enhance Beacon Field.
c). To consider a recommendation to the Council that it applies for an "Awards for All" Grant.
d). To receive a report from the Chairman on the B&NES Historical and Geographic Survey
5. To carry out a review of the Action plans.
