  1. To receive apologies for absence
  2. Minutes of a Burial Committee meeting held on 2nd December 2002 - to agree a true record and sign (previously circulated)
  3. Any matters arising from the minutes of 2nd December 2002
  4. To consider estimates for this Committee and to fix a bid to the Finance Committee for funding for the year 2004/2005.
