- To receive a report from the Chairman and Clerk on a site meeting with B&NES concerning the proposed planting on Orchard Way
- To receive an up-date from the Clerk concerning the Christmas trees on the village entrances
- To consider the revenue and staffing needs which could arise if the POS on the by-pass is taken over by this Council
- To receive a report from the Clerk on the support for the Bloom Competition and to consider the final arrangements for the judging day on 14th July. To consider the make-up of the Judging Panel.
- To consider holding a site meeting at the allotments to discuss work required for the next financial year
