7.p.m. Policy and General Purposes Committee

Public Session - 10 minutes when the public may express a view or ask a question on relevant matters on the following agenda. Members of the Public are welcome to stay and observe the rest of the meeting.

  1. To receive any apologies for absence
  2. Minutes of a meeting of the Policy and General Purpose Committee held on 21st November 2005 to agree a true record and sign (previously circulated)
  3. Any matters arising from the minutes of 21st November 2005 being an exchange of information only
  4. To decide on final estimates for works/projects 2006/2007 Clerk to table costings
  5. To decide on member to attend the POP meeting to be held on 15 December 2005
  6. Village Plan. Chairman to report on meeting held at the Beacon Hall on the 26th November
  7. To consider general security of Parish Office
  8. Matters referred from other committees
  9. Any other business, being an exchange of information for noting or placing on a future agenda.
