Public Session – 10 minutes when the public may express a view or ask a question on relevant matters on the following agenda. Members of the Public are welcome to stay and observe the rest of the meeting.

  1. To receive any apologies for absence
  2. Minutes of a Finance Committee meeting held on 22nd April 2002 – to agree a true record and sign (previously circulated)
  3. Any matters arising from the minutes of 22nd April 2002
  4. To receive the Account Summary, Cash Flow Statement and Bank reconciliation for 30th April 2002 (previously circulated)
  5. To consider the appointment of an Internal Auditor from volunteers received. A notice was placed in the three Notice Boards asking for competent people to volunteer
  6. New "lighter touch" End of Year Audit. To consider steps that can be taken before the Date of Audit is received.
