  1. Minutes of the Finance Committee meeting held on 16th October 2000 – to agree a true record and sign (previously circulated)
  2. To receive any apologies for absence
  3. Any matters arising from the minutes of 16th October 2000
  4. To receive an Internal Audit and Bank reconciliation as at 31st October 2000 (enclosed)
  5. To note progress of long-term investment plans (Clerk to report)
  6. To consider any virements requested by this and other committees
  7. To consider the pro rata quotation from Cornhill for damage cover to the new equipment and roadside furniture erected this summer and to note quotation for a full year for annual estimates purposes.
