  1. To receive any apologies for absence
  2. Minutes of a meeting of the Finance Committee held on 25th October 2004 – to agree a true record and sign (previously circulated)
  3. Any matters arising from the minutes of 25th October 2004 being an exchange of information only
  4. a). To note that the Clerk has received receipts for all grants paid this year and confirmation that the sums were spent on the projects specified in the original applications

  5. Correspondence
  6. a). B&NES - application form for precept request required by 17th February 2005

  7. To receive the Accounts Summary, Cash Flow Statement and Bank reconciliation for 30th November 2004 (previously circulated)
  8. To receive a report from the Vice-chairman of this Committee on the interaction of capital spending with revenue spending so far in the Council year 2004/2005
  9. To consider the requirement for running the Council's democratic services (suggested estimates enclosed)
  10. Any other business, being an exchange of information for noting or placing on a future agenda.

  1. To elect a Chairman for the life of this Committee
  2. To consider suitable ceremonies, social occasions and commemorative structures to mark the 50th Birthday of this Council.

  4. Matter referred from full Council - to consider letters from Peasedown Opportunity Project and Safety Action Group concerning a request for a site to construct a BMX track (copies of both letters were distributed with the Council agenda)
