Public Session - 10 minutes when the public may express a view or ask a question on relevant matters on the following agenda. Members of the public are welcome to stay and observe the rest of the meeting.

 

  1. To receive any apologies for absence
  2. Minutes of a Magazine Committee meeting held on 20th September 2004 - to agree a true record and sign (previously circulated)
  3. Any matters arising from the minutes of 20th September 2004
  4. To consider any feed-back comments on the distribution of the last Newsletter
  5. To review the Council Web Site (2604 hits in September and 3582 in October)
  6. To further consider enlarging the Newsletter by 4 pages - Clerk to report
  7. To consider estimates for the printing and distribution of the Newsletter for the year 2005/2006. To agree a figure for a bid to the Finance Committee for the year 2005/2006
  8. To consider content of the December 2004 Newsletter.
