  1. To receive any apologies for absence
  2. Minutes of the Planning Committee held on 19th May 2003 - to agree a true record and sign (previously circulated)
  1. Any matters arising from the minutes of 19th May 2003
  2. To consider and make comments upon new applications as detailed in the Planning Register (enclosed)
  3. To note planning decisions made by B&NES
  4. Any other business, being an exchange of information for noting or placing on a future agenda.

  4. To consider any feed-back comments on the distribution of the last Newsletter
  5. To re-consider the Terms of Reference given to this Committee on 24th July 2000. To consider if they are too restrictive, or otherwise, to allow the free flow of Parish Council information and points of view to reach the general public (Terms of Reference for all Committees are printed inside the back cover of the Council's Standing Orders booklet).
