  2. Minutes of a Finance Committee meeting held on 23rd April 2001 – to agree a true record and sign (previously circulated)
  3. To receive any apologies for absence

  6. a). B&NES. Our Economic Future. A new 10-year plan

  7. To receive the Internal Audit and Bank reconciliation for 30th June 2001 (previously circulated to all members)
  8. To consider a virement request made by full Council for the Recreation Field Committee to have funds transferred from the Burial Committee to finance the urgent security work required at the Recreation Field
  9. To consider the applications for annual grants to voluntary bodies (submissions enclosed for Finance Committee members)
  10. To look again at the "Expenses Form for Councillors". To re-consider its format and when it is used and to decide whom should authorise payments.

  6. To receive a report from the Clerk on a site meeting with Denise Hart from B&NES Parks Department concerning the proposed planting on Orchard Way
  7. To receive an up-date from the Clerk concerning the Christmas trees on the village entrances
  8. To receive a report from the Clerk on the Bloom Competition results
  9. To consider proposals from the site meetings held at (a) the allotments and (b) other sites on 18th June. To discuss work required on (a) for the next financial year and (b) site proposals for new roadside seats
  10. Bund Footpaths. To consider report from Cllrs. Mrs. K M Thomas and Mrs. Butt
  11. Seat in memory of Mr. Alec Stock. Clerk to report.
