7 p.m. Planning Committee

Public Session - 10 minutes when the public may express a view or ask a question on relevant matters on the following agenda. Members of the Public are welcome to stay and observe the rest of the meeting.

  1. To receive any apologies for absence
  2. Minutes of the Planning Committee held on 18th November 2002 - to agree a true record and sign (previously circulated)
  3. Any matters arising from the minutes of 18th November 2002
  4. To consider the placing by B&NES of a temporary Tree Preservation Order on the plantation at the rear of the Ashgrove Motors site on 20th November 2002. Comments are required by 10th January 2003 after which a decision will be made as to whether it should be made permanent
  5. To consider and make comments upon new applications as detailed in the Planning Register (enclosed)
  6. To receive a report on the progress of the new POS adjacent to the bypass.
  7. To note planning decisions made by B&NES.

  9. To consider the Parish Council funded Action Plan, to cost the Plan for the year 2003/2004 and to make a bid to the Finance Committee for precept funding for that year (Action Plan to follow)
