Before the formal part of the meeting Sally Pattison, the Field Boundaries Project Officer of B&NES Council will address the meeting on her search for voluntary surveyors. Sally will also be able to give more details on the Field Boundaries event to take place at Dyrham Park on 20th March 2003.

a). Estimates for Precept 2003/2004. To consider the decisions made at the meeting attended by Chairmen of Spending Committees on 24th February 2003 (minutes previously circulated)
b). To receive an update on the progress of the proposed footpath signing to be carried out by B&NES. Chairman to report
c). Flowerbeds Radstock end of the by-pass, hanging baskets, water machine and grass cutting. Clerk to report on progress of contracts
