6.      Sculptures – Members of the Youth Club have made some sculptures and would like to donate some to the village – maybe they could be placed on the POS.

7.      Maintenance of the churchyard at St John the Baptist in Peasedown St John

b)      Request for a new street light outside Ashgrove Court

c)      Children’s Equipped Play Areas – B&NES quarterly inspection

d)      Sue’s garden – letter re weeding in the village during the year 2008 / 2009.

5.         Conservation of POS – the commission of a proper schedule of work from B&NES     

would be app £975.25 – For discussion       

6.         Precept 2008/2009 – Discussion and information from Cllr M Gregory

7.         Hedgelaying on the POS – to decide which contractor should have job after looking at

quotes.

8.         Sculptures – Members of the Youth Club have made some sculptures and would like
