7 p.m. Recreation Field Committee

Public Session – 10 minutes when the public may ask questions of the Committee.

  1. To elect a Chairman for the year 2001/2002
  2. Minutes of a meeting of the Recreation Field Committee held on 5th March 2001 – to agree a true record and sign (previously circulated)
  3. To receive apologies for absence
  4. Any matters arising from the minutes of 5th March 2001
  5. To consider designs and prices for the gating and fencing alongside the Church Road boundary.

(Please note that at the full Council meeting held on 21st May it was agreed that the job should be progressed on the assumption that the Finance Committee would be asked to vire monies from the Burial Committee to fund the job. The Clerk has now placed an order for the path to the Children's Play Area. Work is due to start in the last week of June.)
