AGENDA

Public Session - 10 minutes when the public may express a view or ask a question on relevant matters on the following agenda. Members of the Public are welcome to stay and observe the rest of the meeting.

  1. To receive any apologies for absence
  2. Minutes of a 50th Birthday Committee meeting held on 4th April 2005 - to agree a true record and sign
  3. Any matters arising from the minutes of 4th April 2005
  4. To finalise arrangements for the Reception to be held on Saturday 20th August 2005. To check on timings, invitations, food, beverages and beacon lighting. To make arrangements for meeting and hosting the Chairman of Bath and North East Somerset Council, Cllr. Mrs. Phyllis Gay.
