  5. To consider the level of funding required for the printing and distribution of the Magazine and to agree a bid to the Finance Committee for monies to be included in the 2002/2003 precept
  6. To consider make-up and content of the December 2001 Newsletter
  7. To discuss possible publicity required in the Newsletter for the Golden Jubilee Week-end.
