  2. Minutes of an Environment Committee meeting held on 8th March 2004 - to agree a true record and sign (previously circulated)
  3. Any matters arising from the minutes of 8th March 2004
  4. Correspondence

    5. a). BE: Better for Everyone. Copy of B&NES Community Strategy

    b). Public Entertainment Licence renewals have been lodged by the Waggon and Horses and the Peasedown Youth Centre

    c). Bristol International Airport. Proposed new designated airspace - comments by 3rd December 2004

    d). B&NES. A Draft Statement of Licensing Policy has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003. Comments by 19th November 2004 - to assist respondents a questionnaire has been supplied

    e). B&NES. Annual Review of Supported Bus Services for 2005 - The Public Transport Liaison Group will meet at the Guildhall on Thursday 23rd September at 6.30 p.m. - this Council is invited to send delegates otherwise comments required by 23rd October 2004

  5. To receive a final report from the Chairman on the meetings of the Traffic Issues Working Party held during the summer
  6. To review the Action Plan for 2004/2005.
  7. Action Plan for Ecewiche Green. To endorse the proposals put forward at the site meeting held on 19th July 2004 and formulate a priority list of jobs which require costing before estimate time
  8. Any other business, being an exchange of information for noting or placing on future agenda
