  2. Minutes of a Recreation Field Committee meeting held on 13th December 2004 - to agree a true record and sign (previously circulated)
  3. Any matters arising from the minutes of 13th December 2004
  4. Matter referred back from full Council - to consider letters from Peasedown Opportunity Project and Safety Action Group concerning a request for a site to construct a BMX track in the Rec. (copies of both letters previously circulated)
  5. Any other business, being an exchange of information for noting or placing on future agenda.

  5. To consider re-jigging the Peasedown St John in Bloom Competition for a possible re-launch in 2005 (aide-mémoire - copy of last year's application form enclosed)
