  2. Minutes of a Recreation Field Committee meeting held on 13th December 2004 - to agree a true record and sign (previously circulated)
  3. Any matters arising from the minutes of 13th December 2004
  4. Matter referred back from full Council - to consider letters from Peasedown Opportunity Project and Safety Action Group concerning a request for a site to construct a BMX track in the Rec. (copies of both letters previously circulated)
