Policy & General Purpose Committee.

Public Session - 10 minutes when the public may express a view or ask a question on relevant matters on the following agenda. Members of the Public are welcome to stay and observe the rest of the meeting, although the meeting may decide to ask press and public to leave during Item 10, in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, due to the confidential nature of the business.

  1. To receive any apologies for absence
  2. Minutes of a meeting of the Policy and General Purpose Committee held on 19th September 2005 to agree a true record and sign (previously circulated)
  3. Any matters arising from the minutes of 19th September 2005 being an exchange of information only
  4. To consider this councils procedures on co-option when there is no by-election called
  5. Correspondence
  1. Mobile Vehicle Activated Signs for the village.
  2. Joint Local Transport Plan consultation dates
  3. Master Plan Consultation, Phase Two
  1. Village Plan. Chairman to report on meeting held at the Beacon Hall on the 22nd October
  2. To consider installing a panic button in the new office in the Beacon Hall
  3. Parking review panel - Chairman to report on the work done so far
  4. Matters referred from other committees
  5. To consider the wage scale for the new Clerk
  6. Any other business, being an exchange of information for noting or placing on a future agenda.
