1. To receive and accept any apologies for absence

5. Accounts

To agree Payment of Accounts (to be tabled) - * Staff salaries are confidential and should not be discussed at open meeting

On a recommendation from the Internal Auditor Item 5 will be subject to a recorded vote

6. To decide on a final figure for 2007/08 Precept. To take direction from Finance Committee

7. To discuss Cllr Mrs Butt's idea to have a Parish Council motto.

8. To discuss Cllr RWG Butt’s suggestion that there should be lay members join the planning committee from the Wellow Lane Action Group.

9. To discuss the outcome of the meeting between the Clerk and B&NES lighting department

10. Annual Parish Meeting – venue, date and arrangements

11. To receive the minutes of Planning Committee meetings held on 4^th Dec 06 and 8^th Jan 07 - Including a report from Cllr Mrs M Kennedy re the latest news from Tesco and any updates on Sunset Close and Wellow Lane.

12. To receive the minutes of Environment Committee meetings held on 11^th Dec 06 and 15^th Jan 07.

13. To receive the minutes of the Amenities Committee meeting held on 4^th Dec 06 and 8^th Jan 07

14.To receive the minutes of the Finance Committee meeting held on the 11^th Dec 06

and 15^th Jan 07 with special attention to the Magazine production, delivery and advertising.
