  4. To receive the Account Summary, Cash Flow Statement and Bank reconciliation for 31st March 2002 (enclosed)
  5. To consider the appointment of an Internal Auditor from volunteers received. A notice has been placed in the three Notice Boards asking for competent people to volunteer
  6. A report will be given by the RFO on the progress of the "lighter touch" auditing process and the end of year accounts. (It is hoped that by the meeting the official guide will be to hand).
