7 p.m. Lighting Committee

Public Session - 10 minutes when the public may express a view or ask a question on relevant matters on the following agenda. Members of the Public are welcome to stay and observe the rest of the meeting.

  1. To receive any apologies for absence
  2. Minutes of a Lighting Committee meeting held on 2nd December 2002 - to agree a true record and sign (previously circulated)
  3. Any matters arising from the minutes of 2nd December 2002
  4. To consider the Action Plan (copy overleaf) and agree capital works for this year
  5. Any other business, being an exchange of information for noting or placing on a future agenda.
