  2. Members’ Interests. Members are reminded of their obligation to declare any interest they may have in any issue arising at this meeting which might conflict with the business of the Council

      1. Annual Audit

Internal Auditor’s Report on Peasedown St John Parish Council’s Accounts for the year 2006 / 2007

Motion to be put by Cllr. Mr M Gregory, Chair of Finance

  1. To note that the date of Audit is 31st August and that the public notice of that fact was posted in all four Notice Boards on 9th July thus giving the statutory period required for the public inspection of documents at the parish office.
  2. That Section 1 of the Annual Return prepared by the RFO be agreed and signed
  3. That Section 4 of the Annual Return prepared by the Internal Auditor is endorsed.
  4. That all questions in Section 2 of the Annual Return can be answered in the affirmative, therefore it should be agreed by Council and signed by the Chairman of Council and the Clerk

 

b) To agree Payment of Accounts (to be tabled) - * Staff salaries are confidential and should not

be discussed at open meeting

On a recommendation from the Internal Auditor Item 5a will be subject to a recorded
