Public Session – 15 minutes when the public may express a view or ask a question on relevant matters on the following agenda. Members of the public are welcome to stay and observe the rest of the meeting.
Before the formal part of the meeting, the Chairman has agreed that Cllr. Mrs. Bevan should give a short introduction to International Miners Week due to take place later in the year.
a). John Everitt, Chief Executive B&NES. Double Taxation and advertising signs on roundabouts
a). Community Action. New Licensing Act Seminars - to be held at three venues, the nearest being the Keynsham Baptist Church on 14th February 2005 starting at 10 a.m. and finishing at 1 p.m. with lunch provided. There will be no fee.
b). B&NES. Parish Sweeper Scheme Review - the scheme is now open to parishes not already signed up although access negotiations will be required
c). Mr.I Patrick, 81, New Buildings - lighting and general street cleaning
d). Mr. C Stewart, 38, Old England Way - traffic calming in new estates
e). POP - BMX track
f). Bristol International Airport. Airspace Changes Proposals
g). B&NES. Children's Equipped Play Areas - notification of inspectors findings and application form for grant assistance
h). ODPM. Freedom of Information Act 2000 - authorisation of the Qualified Person under section 36
