AGENDA
Public Session – 15 minutes when the public may express a view or ask a question on relevant matters on the following agenda. Members of the public are welcome to stay and observe the rest of the meeting.
a). Annual Audit
Motion to be put by Cllr. Mrs. Butt.
The Finance Committee is recommending that Council agree:
a). To note that the date of Audit is 15th August 2005 and that the public notice of that fact was posted in all three Notice Boards on 4th July thus giving the statutory period required for the public inspection of documents at the parish office.
b). that Section 1 of the Annual Return prepared by the RFO be agreed and signed
c). that Section 4 of the Annual Return prepared by the Internal Auditor is endorsed.
d). that all questions in Section 2 of the Annual Return can be answered in the affirmative, therefore it should be agreed by Council and signed by the Chairman of Council and the Clerk
b). To agree Payment of Accounts (to be tabled)
On a recommendation from the Internal Auditor both 6(a) and (b) will be subject to a recorded vote
a). Police Liaison Meeting – Cllrs. Bolwell and Mrs. Lewis-Mason
b). Peasedown St John Safety Action Group - Cllr. Mrs. Button
c). ALCA - Cllrs. Butt and Mrs. Thomas
d). Parishes Liaison, Keynsham 8th June 2005 - Chairman and Assistant Clerk
e). POP function to be held on 20th August - Cllr. Mrs. Butt to report
12th & 19th September - committee meetings as required
26th September - FULL COUNCIL
