  1. To receive and accept any apologies for absence
  2. Members’ Interests. Members are reminded of their obligation to declare any interest they may have in any issue arising at this meeting which might conflict with the business of the Council

  3. Minutes of a Council meeting held on 22nd May 2006 to agree a true record and sign (previously circulated)
  4. Clerk's Report
  5. To discuss the changes proposed to the standing orders and delegation to committees
  6. To formally sign the new Standing Orders and Financial Regulations which will apply at all meetings of the Council and its committees from this meeting onwards. To formally endorse the new Terms of Reference and Delegations which will apply to all committee meetings in the future
  7. To discuss matters relating to Parish Council and Police cooperation
  8. Correspondence

  9. To discuss the current situation regarding the possible closure of the Churchyard
  10. Recommendation from Policy committee that the Parish Council become members of the Civic Trust
  11. Remind Full Council of the request from Cllr Mrs Kennedy for the information she requires to complete the councillor's profiles for the magazine

    13. To agree Payment of Accounts (to be tabled)

    On a recommendation from the Internal Auditor Item 7 will be subject to a recorded vote
