  1. To receive and accept any apologies for absence
  2. Members’ Interests. Members are reminded of their obligation to declare any interest they may have in any issue arising at this meeting which might conflict with the business of the Council
  3. Minutes of the Council meeting held on 25th July 2005 to agree a true record and sign (previously circulated)
  4. Any matters arising from the minutes of 25th July 2005 being an exchange of information only
  5. To co-opt one person to serve on the Council until the next ordinary Council elections (3 applications enclosed)
  6. To allocate committee places to the newly co-opted member
  7. To appoint a delegate to join Cllr. Bolwell at the Police Liaison Meetings
