  1. To receive apologies for absence
  2. Members’ Interests. Members are reminded of their obligation to declare any interest they may have in any issue arising at this meeting which might conflict with the business of the Council
  3. Minutes of a Council meeting held on 25th November 2002 – to agree a true record and sign (previously circulated)
  4. Any matters arising from the minutes of 25th November 2002
  5. a). Freedom of Information Act 2000. To note that the Chairman and Clerk have registered this Council's information with the Information Commissioner, having decided after advice from ALCA to register "Core Classes Only". The necessary notice required by the Act has been posted on the Notice Boards and Web Site and will be published in next month's Newsletter

    b). To note that the Clerk has received the new Training Manual, commonly known as "The Knowledge"

  19. To consider the precept for 2003/2004, Cllr. Mrs. Butt, Chairman of the Finance Committee to report and propose (final estimate sheet to follow)
  20. Seat dedication to Cllr. Fred Sellars. The Clerk has arranged for the family and Press to be at the Football Field just before kick-off on Saturday 22nd February 2003
  21. To consider filling the seats on committees formally held by Cllr. Mrs. M Thomas - Chairman will ask for volunteers to serve until the end of this Council's term. Cllr. Mrs. M Thomas held seats on Planning, Finance and Magazine Committees
