a). Freedom of Information Act 2000. To note that the Chairman and Clerk have registered this Council's information with the Information Commissioner, having decided after advice from ALCA to register "Core Classes Only". The necessary notice required by the Act has been posted on the Notice Boards and Web Site and will be published in next month's Newsletter
b). To note that the Clerk has received the new Training Manual, commonly known as "The Knowledge"

b). Local Council Review - reminder to renew subscription (next year will cost £63.54 for six copies inclusive of p & p)
c). Open Spaces Society - reminder to renew subscription of £11
d). Society of Local Council Clerks - reminder to renew subscription of £72

f). B&NES - provision of grit bins
g). Avon Industrial Buildings Trust - Photographic Survey of the Somersetshire Coal Canal
