Agenda for Council Meeting Monday 27th September 2004 at 7 p.m. in the Cricket Clubhouse:

AGENDA

Public Session – 15 minutes when the public may express a view or ask a question on relevant matters on the following agenda. Members of the public are welcome to stay and observe the rest of the meeting.

  1. To receive and accept any apologies for absence
  2. Members’ Interests. Members are reminded of their obligation to declare any interest they may have in any issue arising at this meeting which might conflict with the business of the Council
  3. Minutes of a Council meeting held on 26th July 2004 – to agree a true record and sign (previously circulated)
  4. To consider the filling of spare places on Committees (one place is vacant on the Lighting and Environment Committees)
  5. Any matters arising from the minutes of 26th July 2003 being an exchange of information only
  6. a). Clerk has now received a copy of the Clerk's Manual and reports that he has found it very useful when doing his re-take of the AQA Certificate

    d). ALCA - Notice of the 2004 AGM to be held on 6th November at 10 a.m. in The Pavilion, Long Ashton

    f). ALCA - Councillor's Information Day, Saturday 30th October 2004 at Bradley Stoke Jubilee Centre, cost £30 per person (£40 after 30th September)
