Public Session - 10 minutes when the public may express a view or ask a question on relevant matters on the following agenda. Members of the Public are welcome to stay and observe the rest of the meeting.

  2. Minutes of the Planning Committee held on 13th October 2003 - to agree a true record and sign (previously circulated)
  1. Any matters arising from the minutes of 13th October 2003
  2. To consider and make comments upon new applications as detailed in the Planning Register (enclosed)
  3. To note planning decisions made by B&NES
  4. Any other business, being an exchange of information for noting or placing on a future agenda.

a). Hand held speed guns (community scheme) - Council has asked that this committee look further into the costing and manning of a possible scheme for a further report to Council on 24th November

  2. a). Mr. A Hastings. Further planting on new POS (could be left until Items 8 and 9)

    b). B&NES. Parish Cluster meetings - future agenda format

    c). CPRE. Branch AGM Day - Saturday 15th November 2003

  3. Village Traffic Calming - Chairman to report on the progress of the questionnaire
  4. Village Footpath Map (B&NES generated). Members are asked to give their opinions on the draft map issued last meeting
  5. To consider repairs on the Beacon Plinth (pictures will be tabled)
  6. "Friends of the Green". Report by Chairman on the "Friends" meeting held on 1st October
  7. Action Plan. To consider the committee's funding for the year 2003/2004, to decide the fate of projects which cannot be progressed this year, to consider substitute projects which could be brought in this year
  8. Any other business, being an exchange of information for noting or placing on future agenda
