  1. To receive and accept any apologies for absence
  2. Members’ Interests. Members are reminded of their obligation to declare any interest they may have in any issue arising at this meeting which might conflict with the business of the Council
  3. Minutes of a Council meeting held on 27th September 2004 – to agree a true record and sign (previously circulated)
  4. Any matters arising from the minutes of 27th September 2004 being an exchange of information only
  5. a). B&NES - Commons Registration (New Land) Regulations 1969 - report by the Clerk on progress

    b). Council's 50th Birthday - to set a date for the first meeting of the committee

  7. a). Peter Moth, Local Area Manager (Mobiles, Branches and Counter) B&NES - letter asking to visit the Council and give a presentation to promote the Mobile Service.

    b). Radstock Police Station - Police Community Contact Vehicle

    c). Chief Executive B&NES - Double Taxation and Quality Parishes

    d). The Standards Board for England - New guidance for members of Lobby groups, Dual-hatted members and Code of Conduct

    e). Peasedown Community Safety Action Group -request to site a BMX Track in the Rec.

  1. To further consider the report prepared by Cllr. R W G Butt on the Re-structuring of the Council and its Committees and to consider the report by the Clerk and his recommendations for amendments to Standing Orders, Financial Regulations, Committees' Terms of Reference and Delegated Powers
  2. To receive the minutes of a Personnel Committee meeting held on 4thOctober 2004 (previously circulated)
  3. To receive the minutes of the Planning Committee meeting held on 25th October 2004 (previously circulated)
  4. To receive the minutes of Lighting Committee meetings held on 25th October and 8th November 2004 (previously circulated)
  5. To receive the minutes of a Finance Committee meeting held on 25th October 2004 (previously circulated)
  6. To receive the minutes of a Burial Committee meeting held on 8th November 2004 (previously circulated). The Chairman of the Burial Committee will propose that Council endorse the revised Burial Charges for implementation on 1st April 2005 in accordance with Statutory Instrument 1977/204, art 15(1, 2 & 4) and Sch 2, Part II, para 6
  7. To receive the minutes of a Recreation Field Committee meeting held on 8th November 2004 (previously circulated)
