5a. Organisation : Treasurer and Finance
---reminder we still need to appoint a new

Treasurer to succeed Ian McInnes, and meanwhile we have no Treasurer's report

5b. Organisation. Report that Hillcrest Residents representatives have formally

resigned in writing and do not wish to have any further involvment in Village Plan.

6a. Review first public exhibitions of preliminary public consultation held at

Youth Centre and Beacon Hall.

6b. Proposed -further- public exhibition in

St John's Church Hall to be tied in with Remembrance afternoon activities ???

---if agreed, arrangements to be made for

physical collection, --and return--, of displays,

------and on-site staffing in afternoon.

(7). Lessons learned so far from (6a).

So what next in Questionnaire exercise ? ( Ross Thompson specialism )

(8). What next in formulating Reports ? some Topics have done more than others ?

---we need to start working towards an overall balanced result of Plan 'future'.
