The agenda as follows :

2. Minutes of 9th November 2006
( no bids for amendment have been received )
(3). Chairman’s opening remarks -- Bob Butt
leading to :
(4). as agreed at last Steering Group the leaders of all the church and religious communities
within PSJ have been invited to attend this meeting to discuss with us their viewpoint as to what they feel
should be included in a 'Village Plan'. ( this leads directly from the 'Faith' topic and Nathan Hartley has co-ordinated the invitations )
(5) Finance---a positive report re Grant Application progress ( Bob Butt )
(6) Reports and reviews of the public display presentations and preliminary public consultations
held at Youth Centre, Beacon Hall, St.John's Parish Church ( Remembrance Day ), Carlingcott, etc.
leading to :
(7). So what next, and remains to be done, as a formal Questionnaire / Public Consultation exercise ?
( a Ross Thompson specialism ) leading to :
(8). We need to start envisaging format of 'final' issued Report. ---and fix a realistic timescale for it !!

(10) Date of next meeting
As some members found difficulty adding Village Plan Steering Group meetings into their
diaries as they had already entered other commitments, we have booked Beacon Hall for the following dates
so you can put all these in your diary already ! all are Thursdays
( no day is best for -everyone-, but Thurs seems best for the -majority- of our Group )
all at 19.00hrs at Beacon Hall ( small room ) :
11 Jan, 15 Feb, 8 Mch, 12 April, 10 May, 14 June
----if we have still not finalised and still need regular meetings beyond 14 June, then surely we have
" lost our way" somewhere along the line ? ?
