There were no comments or questions.
These minutes, which had been previously circulated were taken as read agreed a true record and signed by the Chairman. There were no matters arising.
Members were asked to note that the proposed light improvements planned for this year had come in at £800 over budget so alternative plans were required. It was eventually decided to drop the plan for a light in White Ox Mead Lane and bring in the light planned for behind the envelope factory. Chairman said that he thought that funding could well be forthcoming for the White Ox Mead Lane light through a Community Safety Group grant. Clerk was asked to instruct SEC to proceed.
The improvements for next year were then prioritised as listed on the Action Plan enclosed. Members asked that the Clerk should get firm estimates as soon as possible and that the Finance Committee should allow early funding of next year's plans so that the lights can be up and running before next winter.
Meeting closed at 7.45 p.m.
