Minutes of a Planning Committee meeting held on Monday 6th February 2006 at 7 p.m. in the Cricket Clubhouse.

2. Minutes of a Planning Committee meeting held on 9th January 2006

These minutes, which had been previously circulated were taken as read, agreed a true record and signed by the Chairman

3. Matters Arising from the Minutes of Planning Committee on the 9th January 2006

No matters arose

4. Correspondence

  1. Diversion of footpaths BA19/1 & BA4/40 part. These were looked at and it was decided that there was no objection

5. New planning applications

Six were reviewed and entered into the planning register and one other was reserved matters from Cubex Land

6. Planning decisions made by B&NES

7 have been received - 3 refusals although this council had no objections

4 approvals - all in line with the council's recommendations

7. Any other Business

There is to be a meeting regarding the entrance to new building at Orchard Leigh, Lower Church Road at Keynsham. Cllr Rich is to attend. It is thought that the entrance is illegal and the land and hedge will have to be reinstated,
