Public Session
There were no comments or questions.
These minutes, which had been previously circulated, were taken as read agreed a true record and signed by the Chairman. There were no matters arising.
a). Appeal decision - fence at 40 Russet Way
Decision reached by Inspector - the appeal was dismissed. Members asked Clerk to ascertain the way forward by the Planning Officers.
b). Radstock Co-operative Society - new store signage
Another letter from the Chief Executive Officer which still does not answer this Council's questions. Their reply still relies on the fact that the old sign did not state "St John" therefore it is perfectly permissible for it to be missing on the new sign. The letter also stated yet again their disappointment that this Council does not seem to appreciate the new store. Members were not happy that the CEO had made that assumption and asked that the Clerk write again keeping to the planning facts.
Four were considered and comments are recorded in the Planning Register.
Three plans were reviewed and all decisions were in accord with this Council's comments.
